Todd Tarble is a fiction novelist with an interest in technology-based solutions for humanitarian issues. After having a successful 18-year career as the top automotive associate at Lexus of San Antonio, Texas, Mr. Tarble then created a self-help seminar company called Change Your Destiny Seminars. During the creation of this seminar company, the idea for Chefie was born. Chefie was the result of sub-par service that Mr. Tarble had received at a restaurant in May 2015. He was determined to create a better dining experience and help employ millions of people to be able to earn a profitable living from the comfort of their own homes.

Chef Heather Larican graduated from The Cooking and Hospitality Institute, Le Cordon Bleu Chicago in 2000, and has been in the restaurant/hospitality industry ever since.  In 2010 she expanded her education and expertise in the Fitness Industry and became a certified group fitness instructor specializing in strength training, yoga, Zumba, and nutrition.  She fused her love for culinary arts and health by creating Your Sassy Chef - a personal chef, catering, and gourmet meal service company that focuses primarily on clean-eating, gluten-free, nutritious foods to supplement a healthy lifestyle.  Your Sassy Chef currently offers meal delivery, wholesale meals, private cooking classes, catering services, recipe/grocery list subscriptions and meal plans. You can find her once a month on Fox San Antonio’s Daytime @ Nine showcasing her clean-eating signature recipes. One of Heather’s fondest parts of cooking is the service she can provide for others. Not just through the food itself, but by empowering people with knowledge they can use to establish a lifetime of healthy and happy choices and eating habits. She loves when people make her recipes at home. “I taught them something, they applied it, and it was successful. And that is the best feeling!”

George Blucher is a native San Antonio locally grown restaurant food professional. Starting his restaurant career as a kid dishwasher at Brinker National Chili’s, over the course of 12 years he grew with the chain, moving up the ranks. Chili’s gave him the drive to succeed and to sincerely love his customers. He returned to San Antonio to run his own Chili’s restaurant. With a love for the kitchen, Mr. Blucher started and successfully operated additional restaurants. He served as the Operating Partner/General Manager of Molly Joes in New Braunfels, Texas, a sit-down big dining experience. Most recently, Mr. Blucher operated Stonewerks Big Rock Grille, as their Assistant General Manager. This restaurant is a large full-venue operation where he oversaw the service staff and all front of house employees. As Chef Relations Director, Mr. Blucher is responsible for relationships between Chefie and the chef. Our hope is that Chefie can provide a platform for chefs and home cooks to present their skills and financially benefit from our app. We want our chefs to do what they love to do, cook!!!

Marlene Kuebler grew up in the world of hospitality in the Catskills. Serving food and beverage is the foundation of her career, as she worked as a waitress and hostess at numerous hotels, bars and restaurants throughout the famous resort area located in Sullivan County, New York, where she also later ran a combination pizzeria-restaurant-bar and liquor store. In the Catskills, customers could be demanding, especially when it came to food, and Marlene became an expert in ensuring that customers were happy with their dining experience. Before moving to Texas in 1995, Marlene worked for over a decade as an insurance broker and office manager with the Misner Agency in Woodbourne, NY. Afterwards, for the past 2 decades, she managed several businesses in the automotive industry in Texas, including San Antonio’s Red McCombs Pontiac, Ken Batchelor Cadillac, BMW of San Antonio, and Cavender Cadillac. In the competitive world of auto sales, her primary responsibilities focused on increasing profits and sales while also maintaining high CSI (the industry’s all-important measure of customer service performance) as well as implementing new products and training employees. Marlene also owned her own boutique in San Antonio -- Lux 77 Boutique -- buying, selling and marketing all merchandise, managing employees, handling customer service, and doing trade shows and trunk shows.

Prepare Your Menu

Plan the meals that you want to sell for that day.

Take a photo of the prepared item and list the ingredients and any other mouth watering information.

Enter the price and quantity of your items and post it for sale.

Cook and Deliver

Cook the meals that were ordered and either have your customers pick the food up from your location or have them delivered through a delivery service.

Collect Your Dough $$

Sit back and relax. You deserved it. Your sales will be direct deposited into your account as soon as the transaction is complete.
